POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

Bringing home a new baby is such a huge change in any family! Having someone come into your home to assist with that adjustment can be life changing too!

As a postpartum doula, I provide a range of services to support you during the fourth trimester. From soothing your baby and offering breastfeeding support to housekeeping, helping older siblings adjust, walking your dog, pulling weeds in your garden and guiding you to community resources, I’m here to assist with all aspects of newborn care. 

The investment in my postpartum support is $35/hour for daytime hours and $50/hour for overnight hours.

In Hospital Support  - I am extra hands for you in the hospital when recovering from a ceasarean birth. I can help by holding babe while you sleep, and assist in breastfeeding and babycare. This package is often extra helpful when the other parent needs to be home with other children. Suggested 10pm-6am.

(Not currently offering nighttime support) Nighttime Support - by the hour $50/hour minimum 6 hrs - A night or two to rest up can make all the difference in how you feel! This can also be ideal when a partner needs to travel out of town. I come to your home and care for your baby as you sleep. I can provide all the care if your baby takes the bottle or provide all the other care and bring baby to mom for feeds if you are exclusively breastfeeding. I can work with you to establish healthy sleep patterns for your baby or simply care for your baby while you sleep.
